For two nights I camped at the same location in Allegany National Forest. There where plenty of other sites, but I particularly like this one, because it was on top of a ridge, with early sunrise and later sunset, and did not have grasses around that could catch fire.

Heading along Loleta Grade, Forest Road 131. Part of this road has been closed for reconstruction, see this notice from the Forest Service. https://www.fs.usda.gov/detail/allegheny/news-events/?cid=FSEPRD564932 The northern part of the road, which I was on was recently resurfaced and has renovated campsites.
