Kunjamuk River, Kunjamunk Bay, Sacandaga River

The Kunjamuk River winds from Elm Lake down to the Sacanadaga River at Kunjamunk Bay. You can put in from either NY 30 south of Speculator or at the Speculator Town Park. The final night of August, next to a roaring campfire, a cold beer and a cowboy hat in a clearing on a remote Adirondack road.🔥 Would be perfect if the skies just cleared out. Poured on the way up, Tomorrow most likely I will take camp down early, then head north to Cedar River Flow then up to Moose River Plains through Labor Day unless for some reason I decide to spend my weekend here.😃
