I have no idea who picked that rating and I’m sure the slogan was picked up back in the 1960s and has been kept as the sop to the Republican Business Women or something like that came before them. Or maybe that ninety year old man who drives a Cadillac, license plate “Commerce”, who at one time owned a five and ten store before Walmart and is proud of his business accomplishment. Every town has one of those people. Sixty degrees later with the rain picking up.

This evening assuming I get our of work at a reasonable hour, it’s off to the laundromat. I need to get money for the laundromat. I should get a roll of quarters or maybe just ones and exchange them at the machine. I also want to swing by Lowes to get the filter for the heater and maybe give Big Red a bath at the car wash.

Other then that, enjoy the rain. And it looks like the weekend might turn out to be quite nice …
