First morning of the year – well the season waking up to snow. ❄ Landlord didn’t need to plow the driveway or anything like that but it’s still a bit of a winter wonderland outside. Roads are just wet, I don’t think they applied salt locally. More slop than anything else.

I decided with the rain and drizzle and cold weather 🌧 to stay in town this weekend. I think it’s going to stay in town this weekend – everything in the woods is going to be wet and muddy and I don’t want to get my truck covered in salt and mud. ❄ Next weekend looks much nicer and I can probably get out in the woods without my phone 📱 ringing every two minutes for work.

Next week I’ll be working downtown 🏢 but at least with the time change I won’t have to get such an early start.

At least downtown it’s a change.
