April 30, 2019 Night

Good evening! Final post of April 2019. Partly cloudy and 48 degrees in Delmar, NY. πŸŒ‰ Calm wind. Right now you can see the stars a bit 🌟 .The skies will clear Sunday around 9 pm.

I was having problems with the weather templates on the blog πŸ“‘ so no morning post today. The national weather feed was down which is essential for all my blog templates. But it’s fine I didn’t have much to blog about. I was running πŸƒ a bit late for the bus 🚍 this morning but I caught it.

The work day was fairly long but uneventful for a change. πŸ‘”The debate about the organophosphate farm pesticide Lorsban at work was interesting although I could see both sides. 🐞 Sucks for those who depend on it as part of their integrated pest management strategy but I can certainly understand the reasons the feds and the state want to phase it out. πŸ’¨ Ag is a tough business to be in for sure, even worse with climate change bringing in new pests and changing growing conditions to say nothing of all the other pressures.

Bus home was running a bit late 🚍 but I like the driver and he did the best he could do. I made up tuna 🐟 pasta salad and then went for my evening walk. 🚢I finally finished off the can of mayonnaise I’ve had forever. Cool for the end of April I’d like to be able to open my windows again. πŸ‘ƒI noticed my nose was a bit congested again.
