February 17, 2019 Night

Good evening! A few flakes of snow have fallen on this cloudy night and 25 degrees in Delmar. ❄ There is a north-northeast breeze at 6 mph. πŸƒ. There are 2 inches of snow on the ground. β˜ƒ ️Going to be a pretty cold week coming up. Things will start to thaw out at Thursday around 9 am. 🌑️

It turned out to be a much nicer day than expected as I rushed out to go for a walk this morning before it clouded up but it didn’t get cloudy until late. 🚢 By the time I got back from my morning walk out to Voorheesville on the rail trail, got to the grocery store, I decided I didn’t have time to go skiing. That was fine, I slip and fell and was a bit sore from that not on the ice pocketed rail trail but instead slipping on some black ice.

I somewhat regret my decision not to camp this weekend. But in three weekends from now we will have an extra hour of daylight in the evening which will be nice, especially if the weather is relatively mild.
