Beautiful.
Taken at The Woods. The snow is rapidly disappearing from Western NY and the Finger Lakes. But we may have to wait a while later in the Eastern NY and the Adirondacks for snow to disappear.
Good Morning! A very cold and wet Friday morning, last one in March.
Glad I am not in the woods. The good news is itβs not snow. Not for a lack of trying by the weather gods, but because there simply is not enough cold left in the system to continue snowing. That said, I think they got snow in the mountains, and they might get some more this weekend.
It looks like I will end up working at least part of the weekend, but I donβt care that much as itβs going to be rainy. I kind of like working on weekends, because there is no traffic downtown, and things tend to be a lot quieter and generally nice on weekends. I am hoping the rainy weather will lead to improved conditions come later in April when I hope to be traveling and outΒ camping.
March showers… bring April mud and no burn bans!
It's a Friday. Finally.
Reviewing the weekend forecast.
1) Rain this weekend
2) Bright sun for the first day of trout season
Good Morning! Bright sunny, and not so cold morning today. I certainly can not complain. It might even be above freezing, and itβs going to be even warmer for casual Friday β which is good, as I really am getting tired of getting into a suit and tie every day for work.
Rain this weekend. But warm, so the ice and snow should rapidly be disappearing. Assuming we get nice weather in two weeks, I hope to be out camping that weekend. Heading down to the Catskills on April 12 to meet some twitter friends and probably stay over some place in the Catskills or nearby at least for Saturday night.
Enjoy your day.
