Good afternoon! Cloudy and 74 degrees at the Taughannock State Park beach in Trumansburg. There is a south breeze at 8 mph. The dew point is 62 degrees. It’s another dark and dreary day on vacation but at least it is not raining.  A occasionally I’ve seen some sun but that’s the exception to the rule. 

The beach at Taughannock is open but it is rather muddy from the high water levels. But the falls sure are impressive. Still haven’t decided if I will go out kayaking on Cayuga Lake. It looks smooth enough and I brought my kayak but I’m undecided.
