During Memorial Day Weekend in 2013, at Moose River Plains it rained 4 days straight before clearing on the last day. At times it was wet globs of snow, with temperatures averaging in the low 40s. So much different then this very dry spring time.

This is the Moose River Bridge, looking from the swimming area below the bridge. I thought about paddling East up the River, but it was too cold, and it looked like I would have to get wet from carrying it over places that where too shallow.
