There are no walls to this "outhouse", but it's designed to be handicap accessible, including wooden rails. The foliage is thick enough around it, that building a full outhouse structure seems unnecessary.

Believe it or not, the NYSDEC has built a handicap trail all the way to Icehouse Pond, a full 3/10 of a mile from the road. At the site their is a gravel tent platform, picnic table, gravel path to the lake, and an accessible outhouse. A person in a wheelchair can enjoy true wilderness camping!
