I decided to take a look at the 2020 Census data and redistricting in the City of Albany. Ward 12, the Pine Bush is the biggest winner while North Albany Ward 4 is the biggest looser. Pine Hills Ward 13 was hurt a lot by COVID 19 and college students being remote during April 2020.

Surprisingly enough, much of the Albany - A Plan for the Capital City from 1963 was actually implemented over the years, as seen by this comparison.
When Hopalong Cassidy visited Albany in 1951, his famed horse Topper found comfortable lodgings on the second floor of the Norman’s Kill Farm Dairy plant on 120 South Swan St.
Hoppy’s visit drew more than 30,000 fans to the Hawkins Stadium and Empire Raceway in Menands, thousands of them children dressed in full Cassidy gear.
Where the City of Albany gets it's water from -- the Alcove and Basic Reservoirs.
The Alcove Reservoir is not only a larger reservoir and basin, it also has much higher water quality due to land cover. The Basic Reservoir is connected to the Alcove Reservoir via pipeline and Silver Creek but used only occasionally due to lower water quality and quantity.
