Marshland Near Powley Place ...

This is the backwaters and channels of the winding East Canada Creek. There is a strong resemblance to a similar area of Moose River Plains near the Summer Stream.

Taken on Monday September 6, 2010 at Piseco-Powley Road.

  • Last year the entrance to Ferris lake wild forest on the Town of Stratford side ( I believe it was 28A) was open for roadside camping the last week of April 2022. I didn’t see any closures on that side for mud season and I was able to stay 3 nights at campsite #4.

I am planning another trip next week April 27th to April 30th, do you know Andy if that entrance normally is open during that time?

Deeply appreciate this website and what you do on YouTube.
