After an afternoon of hiking, I returned back to camp and started a campfire before starting to cook dinner. It was pleasant winter afternoon, not too cold.

Pine Mountain – West Richmondville
This is near the divide between the Susquehanna River and various creeks outside of Cobelskill that dump into the Mohawk River, and some of the worse driving at times on Interstate 88 in winter time. Kind of fun to explore.
Trail to Hunter Ski Resort
Lazy and wealthy people can take the ski-lift about a 1/3 of the way up the mountain.
