Navarino Orchards
Along a short distance of US 20 in Navarino, there is Onondoga County's apple growing country, dominated by several large orchards including Beek and Skiff, Deer Run Farms, Navarino Orchards, O"Neill's Orchards, and McLusky Orchard. Head a little farther west towards the Finger Lakes, and you'll leave the sweet smell of apples in season for the sharp taste of silage and manure as you drive past some of state's largest dairies.
Mason Lake
This updated map contains the exact locations of campsites and boat launches along Mason Lake based on the DEC's GPS-based survey of the campsites last fall. While previous maps that I made up using heads-up digitizing and my own notes were fairly accurate, this map takes it up a notch.
