Another hazy, hot and humid day on tap. 😰 Cloudy start to day but I expect more sun later but a tad less humidity. I am going out to my parents house for a picnic this afternoon.

On this day in 1967, the Newark Riots begin with over six days of rioting, looting, and destruction leaving 26 dead. We really are fortunate that despite living troubled times, there has been no rioting in our cities.
