Grafton Lakes State Park 📍

It was cold but quiet. I ran into some hikers on the trail but saw nobody at the tower. 

The colors were faded to mostly red by the time I got to Long Pond, but it still was a beauitful end of the day.

Looking north-west from the firetower at the fading colors, on this late October day. The terrian in this direction, which shows part of Petersburgh State Forest, is relatively rolling, but not mountaness, although a clearer you could certainly see the Adirondacks from here.
