Good Luck Lake 📍

The hills were shrowded in mist on this muggy late July evening.

For a while, one couldn't see any of the sunset, because the sun had dropped behind a bank of clouds. But it turned out to be a beautiful evneing.

Reaching the top of the cliffs, looknig north west through the trees as the setting of the sun.

Looking out towards Spectacle Lake and the flatlands of southern Ferris Lake Wild Forest.

Good Luck Cliffs are sheer granite cliffs, high above the relatively flat lands of the Southern Adirondacks below.

It was hazy, hot, and gray looking out, due south from Good Luck Cliffs. The lake in the distance is Spectacle Lake, just over the Fulton County Line.
