Central Ave Powerhouse 📍

At one time housed a "Rotary Converter" that converted high voltage AC grid power to DC power for the trolley cars to use. Long gone since 1933 or so.

The third floor was just used for storage, and was added after the rotary converters were removed.

They can do this in this massive structure. Third floor -- attic -- not original, but looks old. Maybe from the 1930s or 1940s when the turbines where removed.
