Well shit, getting ready to take down camp and head back to Albany.
This weekend, May 4-6 camping at one of the campsites about a mile down from Fox Lair in NY 8.
It was a rainy start to my camping trip, but at least at had a campsite that was nice, high and dry, just off of NY 8. A bit icy and snow covered, but it's the Adirondacks in April.
Annual trip up to the Adirondacks to kick off the summer season, doing some hiking and exploring the wilderness around the East Branch / NY 8.
It was a beauitful night camping on New Years Eve in the Adirondacks.
In mid-November I went up to the Adirondacks to do some winter camping. It was fairly cool but not terrible for November but maybe a bit more snow then I was hoping for.
It was a beautiful Saturday evening by the campfire on the East Branch of the Sacanadaga River, not too cold.
