Cattaraugus State Forest 📍

Cattaraugus State Forest has a few main recreational activities, primarily snowmobiling and hunting. If you’re interested in hiking, you can use the snowmobile trails when they’re not in use during the winter. For camping, there are three primitive tent sites located along the roads. Two sites are accessible from Potter Hill Road, and one is off West Hill Road. Look for the yellow camp disks and check the map for specific locations. These sites offer basic camping spots right by the road.
