Hitchins Pond ...

I think. I didn't think was part of the Lows Lake complex, however reviewing the topographic maps makes me think so now.

More about Mount Arab...

The Mount Arab Fire Tower, located near Tupper Lake in the Adirondacks, is
a historic observation tower popular for hiking. The moderately challenging hike offers panoramic views from the restored fire tower and is suitable for families and dogs.

At the top of Mount Arab, hikers are rewarded with:

The fire tower: A 35-foot steel Aermotor tower built in 1918, which visitors can climb for 360-degree views.

Restored cabin: The old observer's cabin has been restored and converted into a museum by the Friends of Mount Arab. It features historical information about the fire tower and its past observers.

Scenic vistas: From the summit, you can see Tupper Lake, the Adirondack High Peaks, and surrounding lakes like Mount Arab Lake and Eagle Crag Lake.

Driving directions: From Tupper Lake, drive west on NY 3. Turn left onto Conifer Road (County Route 62), and then turn left onto Mount Arab Road. The parking area is on the right.
