January 13, 2017 Morning

Good morning! This Friday is going to be one those days that gets colder all day long. 38 degrees and partly clear with first light to the south. Sunrise at 7:23 am. There is a west-northwest breeze at 15 mph. The current wind chill is 25. The skies will clear around 8 am.

Today will be mostly sunny, with a temperature falling to around 29 by 5pm. Breezy, with a northwest wind 15 to 24 mph, with gusts as high as 37 mph. That will make it feel even more chilly. A year ago, we had snow and a high of 25 degrees. The record high of 71 was set in 1932. 13.1 inches of snow fell back in 1964.
