Good morning! Happy Thursday. Three weeks to Ground Hog Day. Cloudy and 46 degrees in City of Albany. Breezy, 17 mph breeze from the south. The skies will clear tomorrow around 4 am.

Today will rain, mainly between noon and 5pm. Cloudy, with a high of 52 degrees at 1pm. 24 degrees above normal. Maximum dew point of 48 at 2pm. South wind 13 to 17 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60%. New precipitation amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch possible. A year ago, we had snow and a high of 31 degrees. The record high of 57 was set in 1885. 12.8 inches of snow fell back in 2011.
