September 23, 2015 afternoon

78 degrees and sunny as the evening shadows cast over the autumn afternoon. We won’t get this warm again for a while, but it will still be above normal by 4 or 5 degrees and remain sunny. 6:51 PM sunset, a loss of two minutes daylight over yesterday. Not much of a sign of the trees turning at this point.

Drive time traffic as usual heading out of the city, which means gridlock with congestion and rush hour traffic. Relax time, as no more work for the day. Put on some music and let the traffic float by you. You can’t control traffic but you can control your attitude.

I need to go grocery shopping this evening, and will probably give my truck the long needed car wash. It will be dark out before you know it but so be it.
