August 17, 2015 evening

Good evening. Still a warm evening with a temperature around 79 degrees. Tonight is only going to drop down to 69 degrees with humidity with sticky weather.

So I broke a bone in my foot and I can’t put any weight on the foot. Learning to get around on crutches but it sucks. Tomorrow I go to the Orthopedic doctor and hopefully he will get my foot better taped up, and I can put some weight on foot. Who knows, but hopefully things will at least be healed up by Labor Day Weekend. Amazing how much you can screw up your foot, just by falling a few feet off the floor board of your jacked up truck. Oh, well. This sucks.

Hopefully tomorrow I can get back driving again. I think I can still get in my truck, and it will be nice to get out. I hate being stuck in a chair all day. It will be an adventure getting around on the crutches, but a learning experience for sure.
