July 7, 2015 morning

Good morning on this Tuesday. It is 74 degrees and cloudy this morning I with noticeable humidity creeping in. Showers and thunderstorms are expected throughout the day with heavier ones later. Look for 85 degrees for a high. Expect oppressive humidity this afternoon with dewpoints exceeding 70.

One of the nice things about summer is hundreds if not thousands of cars disappear from the streets of Albany. I don’t know if it’s because the private schools close and teachers aren’t working summers or its the cars have left for vacation lands in the Adirondacks and beyond. It just means that the traffic is so much lighter,  making commutes so much easier. There is almost no back up on 787 anymore.
