Emmonsburg Road isn't the most exciting road ever to drive, as it's super straight 1970s-circa alignment, heading through the Southern Adirondacks. But it's the fastest way to get back to Albany from Piseco-Powley Road.

Emmonsburg Road in Lassellsville is a 1970s-era bypass from Stewart Landing Road to Lassellville. It's very straight and flat, but offers some interesting vistas as it crosses mostly privately owned Adirondack Sand Plains.
