Good morning, Happy Thursday

Good morning, Happy Thursday. A nice winter’s morning at around 20 degrees with some clouds. We might get a quick inch of snow by the afternoon.

Taking the bus downtown today, because I had to drive in because I didn’t know when I would finish up with the Save the Pine Bush presentation last night, and the 18 bus leaves on the 30s rather than the 00s.

Parking and traffic was a pain in the city. I think I will avoid driving in the city as long as possible.

It might snow this weekend or it might not. We will see. I’d like to do some kind of trip this weekend but so far I’m kind of undecided.

Still need to get to the transfer station as I’m running out of room in the outside trash cans, but I guess that can be done first thing — and won’t take up that much time. I do need to first take the rims out of the back of my pickup.

Looking forward to getting back out camping. There isn’t that much snow in the southern Adirondacks, so once we have a warm weekend, I guess I could head up to NY 8. or maybe out to Balsam Lake in Chenango County which is plowed out year round. With an ice auger I could do some fishing up there.
