My hope of getting the truck cap this week are greatly diminished at this point

It’s mid-day Wednesday and no call from Ruths’. Still, I am waiting patiently by the phone, but realistically I doubt I can get an installation appointment at this point before Friday. I guess I won’t be wiring up the cap this weekend or moving over my gear, so that pushes it into Juneteenth Weekend. But maybe that’s a good thing in the sense that I’ll have a three-day weekend to get the wiring set up, and I can use that Friday I have off from work if I need to pick up parts like that metal bar for mounting the second solar panel on the roof of the truck cap or having the cap installed on Juneteenth without having to take time off from work.
