Still tired on this Sunday… 🥱
Yesterday was kind of a cool and cloudy day, more lazy then anything else. Still, I don’t know. Just kind of waiting for the truck cap to arrive and I didn’t have anywhere to go really yesterday besides the Pine Hollow Arboretum on the mountain bike and later down to Norman’s Kill West and Hannaford.
This morning it got down to 45 degrees ❄️ no snow and I had my windows already closed. Today is only going to get up to 70 degrees with more clouds moving in as the day progresses. Not planning a big day, though I was still up early with the sun and needing to run to bathroom. ☕ Coffee gets cooking and you know how that goes. 🤷♂️
Think I am going to ride out to Five Rivers 🐸 this morning for a walk, then come home, shower and probably do a quick hike up Bennett Hill before going out to see the folks for Sunday dinner. Get home fairly early and get a good night’s sleep 🛏️ by not staying up too late tonight. I ended up having to replace a spoke on my bike yesterday, as I noticed one was loose when trueing the wheel up, so I had to pull the rear tire. Front wheel is also out of true I noticed, going to tackle this first this morning. Inflated the tires good and hard using the pump plugged into the SuperDuty. Unfortunately the accessory plugs don’t work on the truck unless it is running so I fired it up to get tires good and hard. Hoping to ride into work all week this week. 🚲
I guess I could go out to Cole Hill or Partridge Run today, 🚶♂️but honestly I don’t feel like it. I just want a quiet week as I wait for delivery – hopefully – this week for the truck cap. I am thinking about a second solar panel and have been researching my options but I think I’ll stick with a second 100-watt Renology panel – more on this later on the blog. ☀️ Order the relay/fuse box for the truck wiring. I think I have most of the other connections. Still pondering over my options for the dash cam for recording my trip. I might get another VIOFO – my existing camera still works but it has crap inside of the lens I can’t seem to get apart to clean. I got ten years out of it before I will toss it in the flames. 📽️ I went to Hannaford after Normans Kill West yesterday.
