A walk at Point Au Roche on a cloudy November day 🌥️

The taste of silage on the air.

The mountains and the lake.

Cloudy and cool lake breeze.

Dreams of living out in the country.

But I miss seeing all the burn barrels on the farms and homesteads in Beekmantown.

My old truck creeks and grones over the bumpy old road.

It’s fine I tell myself it’s been doing that for years.

The lake levels are so low.

I forgot how beautiful it was up here.

I wish I could live in a place like this not in the dumpy city but far enough out to have land but still commute to the stores.

But for now, just some time walking the shores of Champlain.
