Truck is fine, I’m rehydrated ⛽🛻

Okay, I don’t drink gas like Big Red does. But I should drink more water and less coffee. That’s what my doctor says, I’d be so much happier and sane if I did that. And manage my blood sugar better by eating regular meals.

Paranoia is real, especially after a long rainy weekend in the wilderness smoking dope. My lifted truck is getting old and it handles like one and has been making a lot of unpleasant noises for over a decade. I should have down shifted and been easier on the brakes but they’re fine after a few good hard stops to wear off the glaze on the pads.

It was so nice riding to work today, it just really clears my mind. That said, when the time comes I’m ready for a new smaller and efficient vehicle especially if I want to drive across the country like I’m considering doing next year. I’d love to see places like Missouri and Wisconsin, maybe Idaho and Alaska.

Out walking at the Henry Hudson Park and soon I’ll head to the car wash to pressure wash the mud off my truck and get a few supplies at Walmart. I would sit here until dusk but the mosquitoes are eating me alive! But it was a good day. Next weekend though looks like crap.
