I’m more of a morning person 🌅

It’s something I discovered in my late 30s but is really true as I head into my forty first year come the end of January. There is just so much benefit to getting up early and a jump on the day, and then retiring to bed early once you get home, especially with so many dark and bleak winter evenings ahead.
