Here is a crosswalk table for converting Onondaga County 2020 EDs to 2023 EDs.

In a nutshell, 87 EDs changed in Onondaga County, mostly in the city after redistricting, though also some changes in the town. Block-level VAP again was used estimating how much of the old ED is in the new ED. I’ll probably do Erie next.

So basically to use this table, like the one I posted for Albany County, you would do this kind of math:

2023 Camillus 11 Votes = (2020 Camillus 11 Votes * .634) + (2020 Camillus 16 Votes * .004)

2023 Camillus 16 Votes = (2020 Camillus 16 Votes * .593)

2023 Camillus 21 Votes = (2020 Camillus 21 Votes * 1) + (2020 Camillus 11 Votes * .364)

2023 Camillus 25 Votes = (2020 Camillus 16 Votes * .402)

Et cetera. The cross walk is somewhat simpler for Onondaga County, especially the towns, as the changes are less dramatic then Albany County.
