Good Morning – January 27, 2022

Good morning! Happy Thursday. ☀

I seem to remember years ago that on Cartalk they used to warn people not to freeze off their dipstick. Maybe that’s less of an issue on newer cars? 🚘 🙄🍆

Mostly sunny and -8 degrees in Delmar, NY. ☀ Calm wind. There are 2 inches of snow on the ground. ☃ ️Things will start to thaw out at Tuesday around 1 pm.🌡️

Maybe I shouldn’t have turned the heat down before going to work or at least wore gloves 🧤 but it’s going to warm up quickly and be in the mid 20s today and not nearly as cold tonight. I felt plenty warm under the electric blanket when I turned it on in the morning. 🌅

I actually didn’t get up until about 7 am as it was warm in my bed 🛏 and I woke up in the night around 4 am and couldn’t get back to sleep for about an hour, ultimately opening up my phone 📱 and flipping through social media. It’s a bad habit but I get my hours of sleep in by getting to bed before 9.

Forgot my muzzle again today 😷 but this time I wasn’t so far away from home, so I could run back and still had time to walk down to the Park and Ride 🚏for the bus 🚍.

I did my evening walk 🚶 yesterday and it wasn’t too cold. I did wear gloves and bundle up before going out. Then I went to bed relatively early.
