Good Morning – August 5, 2021

Good morning on this Thursday! Happy Work Like a Dog Day 🐩 !

LOL 😂 It’s the dog 🐶 days of summer, about the only thing I’m going to be doing is doing like a dog dog is lapping up cold beer 🍻 and I don’t drink at home any more.

Mostly cloudy and 61 degrees in Delmar, NY. ⛅ Calm wind. The dew point is 59 degrees. Another cool morning before the heat builds back in. Summer returns soon, or so I’m a told.

Out for the morning walk 🚶🏻. Not sure if I will keep doing the morning walk if the express bus stop 🚏 returns at the Park and Ride, as then many days a week I’ll be walking down there plus come September into October the mornings are much darker. But I like the exercise and the Park and Ride walk is only about a mile.

That said, I noticed my balance is dropping on my bus card 💳 and I’m going to have to refill that soon, as it’s getting down there and I don’t want to run out of money on it. Maybe today. Still haven’t been able to fix the auto fill but at least now the buses tell you how much fare remains after boarding.
