Been out bird watching at Schodack Island 🐦
- Lots of song sparrows and robbins
- Saw a cat bird and a mocking bird
- Rose breasted Groesbeck – purty
- A few crows
- Few grackles, very shinny
- Not much water in the Schodack Creek, low tide
- Big flock of geese there, some left the group and joined the group flighing overhead
- Saw a Great Blue Heron with a fish in its mouth prowling the mud flats for food
- Been using that Cornell Merlin website a lot for bird identification
- Saw two rabbits one wasn’t an eastern cottontail
- No deer yet
