I’m just excited to be getting away from the Albany for five days through New Years Day

I’m just excited to be getting away from the Albany for five days through New Years Day… 🎇 

I am sure Sunday night into Monday will be quite wet and potentially muddy but I’ll bring my muck boots and set my campsite in an appropriate location with lots of tarps. But I don’t mind as its a long ways away from Albany in many ways and it gives me a chance to be in the woods with a good book 📙 and a fire 🔥 away from it all. The heater will be warm ♨ and they’re not expecting the ice or the cold weather that coming to the Capital Region. Tomorrow after work I’ll pack up and go shopping for food to eat at camp. 🍲 These trips are pretty routine at this point!
