Almost time for bed

I went down to the park for a while with a book, did my evening walk, 📖and now I’ve been sitting out back with my feet on the tailgate of my truck,🌳 writing down my thoughts on a number of topics on my phone. Such a pleasant evening.

My big variable message sign says that it was 85 or 86 degrees in my bedroom :evil:when I got home from work but subsequently had dropped to a much more comfortable 74 degrees the last time I looked. A breeze has picked up and it’s much more comfortable outside.💨 Getting late, I’m thinking about heading in an retiring for the night.💤 People ask how I live without air conditioning in the city but the truth is nearly every night – even warm ones by bedtime at eleven it has cooled greatly.
