Cargill's slaughterhouse in Wyalusing processes many of the cattle harvested in the twin tiers region, turning beef and dairy cattle into the Styrofoam wrapped beef and steak 🍔 found at many grocery stores locally. They also produce various other cattle products used in animals feeds, pharmaceuticals and other raw ingredients.
