Could A Cell Phone Really Trigger An Explosion On Hwy 43?
When I was driving in Southern Pennsylvania, I saw the signs advising motorists to turn off 2-way radios and cellphones prior to continuing. They were doing blasting for the NY 219 viaduct down to Maryland. I didn't turn off my cellphone or CB radio, and according to this article, I probably wouldn't have set off the explosives at any rate.
