I often think police officers are scapegoated for problems with their police department’s leadership and policies. 👮♀️ 🚓 While workers should be held responsible for their actions on the job, their employers shoulder the responsibility of creating a culture and policies that protect both the public and worker alike. I really don’t think the worker should be blamed for all that goes wrong on duty, nor punished harshly when agency policy and culture fails to protect the public!
Why do things often harmonize with other things? It turns out almost any natural system will naturally try to synchronize itself, as vibrations like to build up and align together. A fascinating video.
Lately it seems like everything has become so political and ideological. But I like Jesus because he was the ultimate rebel, the organizer against the state, who wasn’t afraid to say what is right and fight against evil through his organization of the public.
