The now popular Wilcox Dock in Plattsburgh as a launch location for large fishing conditions, once was terribly polluted in 1950s from the Georgia-Pacific Toilet Paper plant.

Ruger Woods – Imperial Mills

Back in 2006 when I was in college, during downtime I would often go for walks in Ruger Woods, exploring the pond formed by the Imperial Mills Dam.
