Pittsfield State Forest 📍

Upper Park of the lake with Doll Mountain reflecting as thepeepers sung their song.

Long since abandoned and posted when you get into New York State, you can see the old drainage culvert and rock cut where the road once run.

Hiked about four miles along the Skyline Trail to the CCC Trail before returning along the Taconic Crest Trail. 

Not a lot of good views from the Taconic Crest Trail, but that's the case with much of the trail. Best you get is winter views between the branches.
