I was curious what Green Lakes looked under false color photography
They are oddly beautiful I must say, especially with the bright-reds of the infrared emitted by the grass at the Green Lakes Golf Course. Look at those rich blues on the infrared photo near the beach, where the green color of the lake is most pronounced. Also do scroll up on the image and explore the difference between Green Lakes and the Old Erie Canal.

In many ways, the Community Grid / Business I-81 will simply return Downtown Syracuse with the Oswego Boulevard Expressway back to the way it was in the late 1950s and early 1960s before the Viaduct.
