Papscanee Island Nature Preserve 📍

For a while after my walk I just sat down by the Hudson River. A very quiet afternoon on the river with the boat docks closed and not any commerical traffic either on the river.

Looking green across the farm field on Statts Island, a few miles north to the city.

Just more litter that has floated up along the shores of the mighty Hudson

Some kids built this wooden shelter in the woods at the preserve. I doubt it's regularly used by wildlife, but still kind of interesting
