East Sidney Dam is located on Ouleout Creek in Delaware County, N.Y. The dam is approximately four highway miles downstream from the village of Franklin and six miles upstream from Unadilla. Route 357 Town of Sidney, New York 13838. The recreation area is leased to the Town of Sidney, NY. Facilities include camping, picnic area, boat launch and beach.
