Hyner View State Park features a scenic vista and is a favorite spot for hang gliding. You can see vast distances both upstream and downstream over the West Branch of the Susquehanna River and surrounding mountains.

Like all Pennsylvania State Parks, free to visit. Steep narrow but black top road up there. You may want to combine this with a visit to the Elk Country in Benzette. Really amazingly beautiful country in the Pennsylvania Wild region!
