March 9, 2017 Morning

Good morning! Happy Thursday. Mostly sunny and 42 degrees in Delmar, NY. There is a west breeze at 14 mph. Chilly with the wind but otherwise sunny morning.

Today will be mostly sunny, with a high of 43 degrees at 1pm. Three degrees above normal. Breezy, with a west wind 14 to 20 mph. A year ago, we had partly cloudy skies and a high of 81 degrees.  That is the record high. 6.9 inches of snow fell back in 1961.

Sun for the most part comes up pretty early these days but with the time change Sunday, it won’t start rising until 7:05 AM at least for the first week. By April though the 6 AM sunrise will be back.
