Good morning! Happy Thursday. Next Thursday is Ground Hog Day. Early end to winter? We will see. Mostly cloudy and 34 degrees in City of Albany. There is a south breeze at 9 mph. The skies will clear around 9 pm.

Today will have a slight chance of showers after 11am. Mostly cloudy, with a high of 46 degrees at 3pm. 15 degrees above normal. South wind 6 to 11 mph becoming west in the afternoon. Chance of precipitation is 20%. A year ago, we had mostly cloudy skies and a high of 45 degrees. The record high of 59 was set in 1950. 8.5 inches of snow fell back in 1949.
